No!No!
Hair Removal
System
(NoNo Review) NoNo
isn't just another hair removal system.
This little machine appeared almost from
nowhere almost overnight and appears to
have revolutionised the hair removal
industry by not just removing hair, it
also stops it coming back! We decided to
take a closer look and give the no!no! a
real review. As well
as here in the UK, nono's are being sold
in their tens of thousands all around the
world. An incredible two million nono's
have already been sold and the number is
rising faster all the time. The huge
popularity of these systems both with men
and women is due in part to high-profile
advertising campaigns on the television
and internet. But the biggest reason for
the success of the no!no! with people
wanting to remove excess hair is that it
just works, according to the review
feedback we've been getting. And not only
does the nono remove your unwanted hair,
leaving skin feeling smooth, the no!no!
does something far more important - it
actually inhibits hair regrowth. Customers
who use the nono system can expect
seriously impressive results - you can
reduce hair density by up to 94% and these
extreme results are achieved without the
use of any chemicals. The nono machine is
all you will need. No!No!

At-Home Hair Removal System That
WORKS! Definitely
one of the biggest reasons for the rapid
success of the No!No!
Hair Removal
System
is that it can be used easily in the
comfort of your own home. Removing
unwanted hair is always something you want
to be doing out in a salon. It probably
something you want to do with complete
privacy and control and that's exactly
what the nono system will
provide. The team
behind No No say the little machine
(available in different colours) uses
something called 'Thermicon' technology
and promises to provide professional,
pain-free hair removal. According to the
nono's description, this Thermicon
technology transmits 'a gentle wave of
heat' down the hair shaft and the heat
then enters the hair's follicle. This
isn't an overnight effect and you will
need to have a bit of patience to see the
best results - the heat from your no!no!
will gradually prevent your hairs from
regrowing, slowing down the hair growing
cycle. Until now, this is something that
required expensive, regular trips to the
salon. In our
own tests, there was absolutely no pain or
discomfort. We're also pleased to report
that the no!no! can be used to remove all
types of hair on all skin types. The
colour of your hair doesn't matter
either. One of
the reasons we wanted to review the no!no!
is that there's been a huge amount of
positive feedback from customers. Reading
online reviews, there are some users who
didn't get along with NoNo but on the
whole, the positive feedback and
incredible sales have been something to
take note of. The
company behind No No is Radiancy, Inc, a
highly regarded manufacturer of 'light
based products' and the owner of the
technology behind this hair removal
system, including the Thermicon hair
removal technology mentioned above.
Radiancy, Inc. is the apparently the only
company in the world offering this kind of
professional technology. Our
review of the nono system started with
purchasing a system from Amazon
UK
and it arrives just a couple of days later
in discreet packaging. No No's official
retail price is £139.99 but they're
currently selling at the discounted price
of £124.95 (saving £15.04),
including free delivery anywhere in the
UK. If you're thinking of buying a nono as
a Christmas gift, you may want to do it
now before the discount ends. If you're
buying the no!no! for someone else, you
can have it gift-wrapped for you before
it's sent out. Click the link below to
confirm the current price. Our
review of the nono will be written in the
form of a diary. Looking over customers'
online reviews, it's apparent that results
improve over a short period of time.
You'll have the instant benefit of smooth
legs by removing hairs with the nono but
you're likely to be using this machine
mainly for the benefits of
reducing/preventing hairs from growing
again in the future. We wanted to review
the nono over a period of time, from day
one of using the machine, to give it a
real test on a real person - a 20 year old
female, who wanted to remove hair from her
legs, armpits, bikini line, arms and some
facial areas. It's perhaps worth
mentioning that the nono documentation
warns that the system shouldn't be used on
the face but nearly all television
advertisements we've seen have shown
ladies using nono's on their faces so make
up your own mind. The warning is perhaps a
case of playing safe by the Health and
Safety mob and we were not particularly
worried but we advise you to make up your
own mind. One
happy nono customer wrote in her online
review, "I have tried every method of
hair removal going. I have become a
convert of the nono system. It is quick,
painless and effective." No!No!

Review - Hair Removal, Update
One The
no!no! arrived as a rather cute and
discreet package. The contents were the no
no itself (I chose pink but you can get it
in black too) a power supply, two 'hot
blades' for long hair, three hot blades
for short hair and stubble, a buffer to
smooth your skin after removing hair, a
cleaning brush to keep your NoNo blades
keen, a storage bag, user's manual and a
DVD. Replacement nono blades can be
purchased online - this will be covered
later in our review. Everything you need
to get started is included and I couldn't
think of anything that was
missing. Starting
with the user's manual, the nono's
instructions are clear and easy to
understand. I was able to quickly gain a
good idea of how to get started with using
the No No. Loads of items we review seem
to come with DVD's these days (even some
footwear!) and whilst many of these are
rather pointless gimmicks I would
definitely recommend watching the no!no!
DVD. It only lasts some ten minutes or so
and is a nice introduction to using a
no!no! The DVD covers many of the areas
also included in the user's manual but has
the added benefit of animated
explanations, showing how the no! no!
works. Watching
the DVD will help you to understand the
process of removing hair with your No No
and will help you to feel comfortable when
you first use it. With everything
understood and nothing scary having
occurred, I got down to work and decided
to concentrate on my upper legs. My hair
here is fine and in some places quite
long. Visiting salons for expensive hair
removal sessions is not something I enjoy
and so it's something I rarely do. This is
definitely the biggest attraction for
using the no!no! Visiting a salon to get
rid of hair isn't relaxing or private -
the nono solves what is a huge problem for
millions of women - and men use it
too. I know
from past experience that shaving my upper
legs with a razor blade means my hair will
grow back stupidly fast, even thicker,
darker and more unsightly. So I hardly use
a blade because it only makes things
worse. Waxing has never been for me (messy
and painful!) and hair removal creams can
irritate my skin and they never seem to
work properly anyway! So
starting with my upper legs with their
fine, long hair, I cleansed and dried my
skin as advised in the manual. The no! no!
is easy to put together, making getting
started very easy and idiot-proof. Putting
the nono together is as simple as
inserting a long hair blade into the nono
system. Make sure the 'nono' logo is
facing upwards and you really can't go
wrong. And that really is it as far as
preparation is concerned! Stick in a
blade, connect it to the power supply and
you're away. As I put
the no! no! to my skin, the green light at
the base of the nono lights up (as
explained would happen in the manual and
on the DVD). At first, the green light
seemed to flicker on and off which was a
bit puzzling but I quickly realised this
'flickering' is perfectly normal. This
will steady as you become used to using
the nono, mastering the speed and
technique. When you are moving your no!no!
at the right speed, the green light will
stay lit. It's actually really helpful and
that's the purpose of the light - a nice
touch. This helped me to get used to the
best speed much quicker than I
expected. I had
originally expected to have to move the No
No very slowly but it turns out that you
will probably use your nono at the same
speed as you would using a manual razor.
Although you do need to go over the same
area of skin a few times to remove all the
hairs, it never feels like hard work and I
always felt like I was making quick
progress. The first thing I noticed (apart
from the initial heat and green light) was
a strong smell of burning hair which, I
guess, was to be expected. I soon got used
to the burning smell - the manual/DVD did
explain that the smell will fade with
subsequent treatments but this wasn't an
issue for me. In fact, being able to see
and smell hairs burning away was quite
reassuring! The instant results were more
than enough to put up with a slight
burning smell, and it wasn't overly
unpleasant. I
mentioned earlier that your nono will
arrive with two 'hot blades' for long hair
and three hot blades to use on short hair
and stubble. The blades are each supposed
to last two to three hours of total usage
time - you can help get more out your
blades by checking/cleaning them regularly
during treatments. I consider myself to be
a 'hairy' woman, to a point and I often
needed to use the cleaning brush to get
rid of debris from the blade. If you take
care to keep the blade clear of hair, you
will find that the nono works
better. Concentrating
on a section of my upper legs at a time,
after removing the visible hairs I used
the circular buffer to maximise
smoothness. I half-expected this to feel
rough or painful but it wasn't unpleasant
in the slightest. At this stage, I could
still feel a slight stubble on my skin but
this is not the end of the treatment. I
replaced the hot blade for long hair with
the short hair/stubble blade (always with
the 'no no' logo facing upwards) and used
the nono in the same way as I had with the
long blade. I could definitely 'feel' the
short blade treatment more than before.
There seemed to be more heat coming from
the blade but again, no pain whatsoever
and it was good to feel it actually
working. Using this short blade cleared up
just about all of the remaining stubble
and left my skin feeling smooth. I used
the buffer again to give an even smoother
finish. And that
about brings the first part of my nono
review to an end. My first treatment is
done and I am so far impressed with what I
have seen. It's important for me to know
(and feel) that a hair removal system is
working. Most customers buy their nono to
achieve long-term hair removal but it's
good to also get instant results whilst
you're waiting for the long-term results
kick in and stop/reduce hair from growing
again. Using
the no!no! has so far been a virtually
mess-free experience, with the exception
of a few burnt hairs on the floor. It has
been painless and pleasantly easier than
expected. The nono's DVD and manual advise
you to remove hair two or three times a
week, even if there is no visible hair
growing. I expect my hair to be fighting
its way through soon so I will return for
a second treatment in a couple of days. To
be continued! No!No!

Review - Hair Removal, Update
Two It's
been three days since my first nono
treatment. This review update will cover
the second hair removal treatment of my
upper legs and a review of the first
treatment on my lower legs. Before
working on my upper legs, I repeated the
exact process as explained in my first
diary entry on my lower legs. The
experience was much the same as my first
nono hair removal treatment with the
exception that my lower leg hair is
thicker. This only meant that certain
areas needed more attention from the no
no. As
mentioned in the previous review diary
entry, I had concerns with the total usage
time of the nono hot blades - in the last
treatment I had used one long hair blade
for around 30 to 45 minutes. I wanted to
test how long it would last so I used the
same blade on my lower legs. Although
throughout I was thinking that a new blade
would do the job better, the used blade
still removed hair, just at a slower pace.
I'd say my total usage time so far is two
hours, give or take. Considering
the no no promises instant hair reduction
there should be less/finer hair regrowth
and so there should be less damage to the
blades in following treatments. I'm hoping
this will be the case - we'll update as
this review progresses. I will
mention one slight downside to the
No!No!
After treating my lower legs, my skin
began to feel slightly dry. I used an
everyday moisturiser afterwards and all
was good. It's never bad thing to
moisturise, it all helps. My upper
leg hair has become a little finer - it is
hard to say how much but so far I am
optimistic. There is less irritation than
what I usually experience from shaving, I
think the buffer was a huge help in this
and I am going to put more time into
buffering in the following
treatments. Continuing
with my upper leg which has minimum hair
regrowth, I used the nono hot blade for
stubble/short hair- I repeated the process
of gliding upwards and buffering
afterwards. This time I found myself
having to be more patient as I needed to
repeat the area more than before to
achieve maximum smoothness. Again I
experienced no pain and the smell was
reduced as there was less hair to be
burnt. That's
about all for now. The second nono
treatment was not all that different from
the first, just as easy and painless. More
nono hair removal review updates will
follow. Bookmark

Our
No!No! Hair Removal Diary and
Review
I
read in the manual that if the green light
turns to red then the blade may be damaged
or need replacing but this has not
happened yet at this point of my nono
review. I'll let you know when that
happens. Looking at the long hair blade
after my first session, lasting roughly 30
to 45 minutes, I could see signs of wear
on the blade (on the plastic around the
blade I could see a darkening from the
heat) and it's clear that you'll need to
replace the blade at some point. We should
bear in mind that the hair I was treating
was reasonably long and I plan to use this
same first blade for my next treatment.
You do have plenty of blades to get
started and keep you going for a while but
if you want to use your no!no! long-term
and finish the job properly then at some
point, you will need to buy
replacement nono
blades.
As with the original nono package, these
replacement blade packs also contain two
blades for long hair and three blades for
short hair/stubble.
