It's
rather funny now to look back on Roald
Dahl's life. As a schoolboy, he was by no
means considered to have a particular
talent for writing. In fact, one of his
English teachers wrote this criticism in
Dahl's school report: "I have never met
anybody who so persistently writes words
meaning the exact opposite of what is
intended."
